  1. Hi,
This is in regards to the day when i went to Mc Donald's with my friend on 24th May,2013 8:00am Saturday at kashmiri Gate metro station, Branch,India ,and my experience turned out to be blunder, I mean where should i start from??? The moment i entered, it was too hot ,AC was not at all effective may be it was off or something...dont know about that..Also there were no pubic facilities available which is a must. Then when i went to the counter i tried ordering MC chicken and your so called server "Gaurav" denied for the burger saying that its not available and when asked when it will be available ,he said , for the whole day it will be unavailable , I mean how it can be that it will not be available for the the whole day ,customers crave for mc chicken ,so that was not fair to say this, after that i had to order mc aalo tikki and when i gave the payment he said that he does not have change of 500, that is simply not acceptable Mc Donalds has a big name and fame and these kind of lame answers are not acceptable from a server who was rude did not know how to handle customers After that i had to give him the change that i had kept for Metro, and after 30 mins when i went back to him and asked for change ,he denied again ,bloody hell ,how can he lie after 10-15 customers have visited the place?? Gaurav was very rude and seemed like he did not want to work and did not reply to customers in a better way , and the most important part i badly needed change and one of the customers standing in the queue gave me the change of 500 ,if u guys cannot understand what this means then its waste writing to u guys. Enough is Enough.... I would recommend you to teach some etiquette to your staff in order to provide better customer service and to retain customers..don't just keep on job servers like Gaurav.. ,Please pay some heed to this , and also some compensation for the wastage of time and money.

Please Don't spoil the name of such big brand as you say you guys are world's largest selling fast food brand..SHOW IT AND PROVE IT...

    Regards
    Praveen

  2. Dear Mr. Bakshi,
I have sent the below email to McDonalds customer care team today and this is the second time I have written after 22nd april. I am highly upset with no response received from McDonalds yet.

    "Dear Team,

What the hell is happening to my complaint which I registered on your website. I had clearly mentioned that my daughter of 3 years had suffered from food poisoning for 3 days and still no action on the same.

I stated very clearly that on Sunday around 2:30pm she had eaten chicken nuggets which were of poor quality and she just went from bad to worse for the next 3 days with vomiting and upset stomach.

You don't have people working in your company who should have immediately called and enquired about my daughter's health. Is it that you guys take feedbacks for granted. What the hell is going on.

I think I need to go viral with this irresponsible action on Facebook, Twitter and with other blogger's who are pretty active on the internet.

I used to be a big fan of your products but it just ends here after I realized that there is no human being who should have bothered to call and enquire. Utter nonsense.

    This is ridiculous."

    Hopefully you understand my situation.
